Alchemy Hair Co. is a bohemian-styled hair color studio located in Roanoke rapids North Carolina.
The owner is also the sole operator, offering a one-on-one client environment.

The focus: healthy and livable hair color tailored to your lifestyle and maintenance routine.This business aims to provide the “Big City” experience without the hassle and welcomes you with an atmosphere that’s both cozy and private—the perfect place to treat yourself.

“I was born an artist. As a stylist, my priority from day one has always been my interest in haircolor. The root of my passion is fueled by making other women look and feel their best. The business that I’ve built caters to female guests from all walks of life. My goal as a colorist is to provide dimensional, eye-catching color while maintaining the integrity of the hair. An equally-important part of my job is to provide you with the tools and education that you’ll need to take care of your beautiful new hair! After all, you’ll want to protect your investment. Every appointment is one-on-one, allowing each guest my full attention and privacy.”

Q: HOW DO I CONTACT THE SALON?
A: Alchemy Hair Co. is reachable via text message at 252-486-1323. If you call the salon you will not receive an answer!
Q: HOW DO I MAKE AN APPOINTMENT?
A: if you’re not an existing client already, you can fill out the request form when Heather’s books are open. More information can be found under the new clients tab.
Q: I FILLED OUT A REQUEST FORM—WHY DIDNT I GET A REPLY OR AN APPOINTMENT?
A: If you don’t receive a response, you likely will not receive an appointment.
heather will confirm an appointment time and request a $50 deposit if your inquiry is accepted. If you don’t, it’s likely due to max capacity booking volume or perhaps what you’re interested in getting is not a service being provided at that time.
Q: WHAT ARE THE SALON HOURS?
A: Heather typically works Monday & Thursday 11:00-7:00, Tuesday & Friday 9:30-4:30 & is CLOSED Wednesday, Saturday & Sunday

Q: WHY DIDN’T I RECEIVE A REPLY TO MY TEXT RIGHT AWAY?
A: heather both owns and operates the salon by herself, so she kindly asks for patience with response times. Please allow 24-48 hours for a reply which will usually only be during business hours

Cancellation Policy

Sometimes unexpected things pop up
& life “happens”— I get it!
Proper contact for reschedule/cancellation is a simple text message away, and with text reminders+appointment cards available to all guests, there’s no excuse to forget.
Everyone’s time is valuable and there’s potentially others who would love your spot if you can’t make it!
Emergency situations do not apply with proper contact.

48 HOURSIf you reschedule at least 48 hours prior to your appointment, you can do so with no fees. If you wish to cancel, then your $50 deposit can be returned.
24 HOURSIf you wish to reschedule/cancel 24 hours prior to your scheduled appointment, your deposit is kept as an INCONVENIENCE FEE and a new deposit of $50 is required to rebook.
NO SHOWIf you do not show up for your scheduled appointment you will be charged 50% of your scheduled service, your deposit will NOT be returned, and a new $50 will be required to rebook—if allowed to rebook at all.

LATE POLICY

Guests are allowed a “grace period” of 15 minutes. Please be aware that if you are more than 15 minutes late, your appointment may be forfeited if the service(s) requested cannot be completed within the remaining time frame.
Your deposit will not be returned and a new $50 deposit will be necessary to reschedule. All attempts to reschedule in a timely manner will be made.
